Video Capture Peopleย
Videographers
Videographers are responsible for capturing highโquality video content on location, working independently or as part of a wider crew. They manage camera operation, basic lighting and audio when required, and are often used for interviews, internal communications, branded content and documentaryโstyle filming.
ACrew4Uโs videographers are locally based.
Camera Operators
Camera Operators focus solely on camera operation under the direction of a Director of Photography, Producer or Director. Their role is to execute framing, movement and exposure precisely, whether working on singleโcamera interviews or complex multiโcamera setups.
Directors of Photography (DP / DOP)
Directors of Photography are responsible for the overall visual execution of a video project. They define camera choices, lighting approach and visual consistency, translating creative intent into practical filming decisions on set.
Camera Assistants (1st AC / 2nd AC)
Camera Assistants support camera operations by managing focus, equipment preparation, lens changes, data handling and onโset efficiency. First ACs are primarily responsible for focus pulling and camera readiness, while Second ACs assist with equipment, slating and general camera department support.
All capture roles are supplied locally and supported by central coordination, ensuring consistent delivery across locations.
Your crew is our crew, wherever you want to tell your story.
With our logistical support you can concentrate on the story
From branded content and internal comms to corporate video and events, ACrew4U offers you the easy, reliable road to world-class production and project delivery. We’re not a creative agency; rather, we enable you to be more of one.
To true professionals, the craft of filmmaking is a devotion – one that demands total focus. This is where ACrew4U meets its clients. Outsourcing the logistical grunt work to us means responding to last-minute projects, efficiency during busy periods, and the scaling of your offering across borders.
Talent plus procedure and technology
Weโll back your project like itโs our own.
Every project needs people, and we know just how important it is that those people are spot on. First rate. Perfectamundo.
But, our support doesnโt just stop there.
Wherever youโre up to in your production journey, youโll always have a member of our team on hand to help. Thatโs a promise.
Oh, and weโve even got a 60 point ISO compliant checklist to make sure everythingโs as it should be. Handy, right?

How it works
1. Give us the low-down
Itโll only take you a couple of minutes to fill us in on everything we need to know about your project. Once that bitโs out of the way, weโll sort the rest.
2. Weโll do the matchmaking
Our team will handpick a talented bunch based on your needs, wants and whereabouts. Then itโs time for us to get stuck into the pre-production briefings. Yippee!
3. Weโre there for the whole shebang
Say buh-bye to pre-shoot pickles, mid-shoot mishaps and post-shoot predicaments. Weโll be on standby before, during and after your shoot to make sure every little thing goes exactly to plan.
โIt’s a real pleasure working with ACrew4U. They are true professionalsโ
“It’s a real pleasure working with ACrew4U. They are true professionals. They respond and work fast and know how to work within tight budgets. Their international network is topnotch and therefor I work with them.
For my projects I had to shoot A-List celebrities and needed last minute crews in multiple European countries. They managed to organize it all and on top of that, they got us the best local people on the job. I woud recommend working with them any time.”
