How it works

1. Give us the low-down.

It’ll only take you a couple of minutes to fill us in on everything we need to know about your project. Once that bit’s out of the way, we’ll sort the rest.

2. We’ll do the matchmaking.

Our team will handpick a talented bunch based on your needs, wants and whereabouts. Then it’s time for us to get stuck into the pre-production briefings. Yippee!

3. We’re there for the whole shebang.

Say buh-bye to pre-shoot pickles, mid-shoot mishaps and post-shoot predicaments. We’ll be on standby before, during and after your shoot to make sure every little thing goes exactly to plan.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start?

Start by filling in the one minute enquiry form. Include information about your project, the type of crew you’d like, and a small brief for the crew. Your account manager will then work to match the best suited crew from our global database. Once you’re happy this is the right crew for your project, simply confirm you want to proceed. We take care of everything else!

How do I know your product/service will do what it says?

Our service is consistent because we have a rigorous 30 point checklist and vetting process to ensure we ‘ll give you the best crew for your project. Management of each and every process is conducted by thoroughly trained production staff, themselves following a detailed checklist to ensure no stone is left unturned while planning and executing each project.

How can I get assistance if I need it?

You are never left to solve a problem alone when you work with us, we work with you as a member of your extended team. That means that we are never more than a telephone call or email away on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have or simply to offer reassurance. We know your job can be stressful and we are on your side.

What are your fees and process?

It’s really simple! We don’t believe in complicating things for you, your job is difficult enough already. That’s why all of our costs that we quote you are inclusive of all our management fees unless stated otherwise. This means you can see where you are on a budget without worrying about nasty surprises afterwards.

Location factfile on Serbia

At a glance: The Serbian Republic is a South East European country near Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. After the 2006 referendum, Montenegro voted for its independence and so divided from Serbia. After World War II, Serbia became one of the six republics of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1945-1991), under the control of Josip Broz, known as Tito. The Serbian language is written with the Cyrillic alphabet. In Serbia there are two big rivers: Sava and Danube. Serbia is composed by three parts: Serbia, Vojvodina in the North and Kosovo in the South West (Kosovo obtained the independence in 2008). Serbia has a strong tradition for different sports as tennis with Novak Dokovic and volleyball (the Women National team wont the World Championships in 2018). And what about the Serbian capital? It’s Belgrade that has also been the capita of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia until 1991. It is one of the oldest cities in Europe and it is located at the confluence of the rivers Sava and Danube. There is a continental climate in and around the city. Its most important historical buildings were built between XIX and XX century: the National Theatre (1869), the National Museum, the Ancient Palace, the Houses of Parliament (1907). The most visited and important museum of the city is the National Museum of Serbia, built in 1844. There are also some other museums in Belgrade: the Museum of the Military History, the Ethnographic Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Nikola Tesla Museum (1952) with a lot of instruments and documents of the famous scientist. Belgrade is the economic power of Serbia. Here is set the National Bank of Serbia. The Belgrade’s emblem was designed by a Serbian painter in 1931 and it is made by a white fortification (Belgrade means “white city”) with open doors which symbolize the importance of the commerce. Under the castle, there is the representations of the two rivers of the city. A yellow trireme symbolizes the antiquity of Belgrade. The city is composed by seventeen administrative parts.
