2. We’ll do the matchmaking.
Our team will handpick a talented bunch based on your needs, wants and whereabouts. Then it’s time for us to get stuck into the pre-production briefings. Yippee!

Where do I start?
Start by filling in the one minute enquiry form. Include information about your project, the type of crew you’d like, and a small brief for the crew. Your account manager will then work to match the best suited crew from our global database. Once you’re happy this is the right crew for your project, simply confirm you want to proceed. We take care of everything else!
How do I know your product/service will do what it says?
Our service is consistent because we have a rigorous 30 point checklist and vetting process to ensure we ‘ll give you the best crew for your project. Management of each and every process is conducted by thoroughly trained production staff, themselves following a detailed checklist to ensure no stone is left unturned while planning and executing each project.
How can I get assistance if I need it?
You are never left to solve a problem alone when you work with us, we work with you as a member of your extended team. That means that we are never more than a telephone call or email away on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have or simply to offer reassurance. We know your job can be stressful and we are on your side.
What are your fees and process?
It’s really simple! We don’t believe in complicating things for you, your job is difficult enough already. Malaysia’s Annual Events: A Guide
Thaipusam is an annual Hindu festival celebrated mostly by the Tamil community on the full moon in the Tamil month of Thai. The festival commemorates the occasion when Parvati gave Murugan a vel (spear) so he could vanquish the demon Soorapadman.
One of the most important pilgrimage sites for Hindus in Malaysia is Batu Caves, located just outside Kuala Lumpur. Every year, devotees make their way up the 272 steps to reach the main shrine, where they offer prayers and leave offerings. Some even pierce their bodies with skewers as part of their spiritual devotion.
During Thaipusam, Batu Caves is thronged with devotees and tourists alike. If you’re visiting Malaysia during this time, it’s definitely worth making a trip out to see this amazing spectacle.
Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year is celebrated at different times in different parts of Malaysia, depending on which group you belong to – the Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka or Hainanese – but generally falls between late January and mid-February.
One of the best places to celebrate Chinese New Year is Georgetown on Penang Island. During this time, the city comes alive with colourful decorations and lanterns strung up everywhere. Lion and dragon dances are a common sight, and there are often stalls selling traditional snacks such as love letters (thin rolls of crispy dough filled with sugar), tangerine cakes and pineapple tarts.
If you’re looking for a more low-key celebration, head to Melaka where you can watch artisans create beautiful handmade lanterns or try your hand at making some yourself. You can also join in with locals as they cook up favourite dishes like nian gao (glutinous rice cake) and turnip cake to share with family and friends.
Deepavali
Deepavali, or Diwali as it’s known in India, is one of the biggest Hindu festivals and is celebrated throughout Malaysia. It usually falls between mid-October and mid-November, coinciding with school holidays so that families can travel back to their hometowns to be together for this special occasion.
The festival marks the victory of good over evil and light over darkness, and is traditionally celebrated by lighting lamps (diyas) inside homes as well as setting off fireworks. One of the best places to see these celebrations is Little India in Brickfields (Kuala Lumpur), where businesses are decorated with colourful lights and traditional Indian sweets like jalebi (deep-fried batter dipped in sugar syrup) and barfi (milk fudge) are sold from street stalls.
No matter which event you choose to attend during your visit to Malaysia, you’re sure to have an unforgettable experience.
