How do I hire an Event Videographer or Photographer ?

What does an Event Videography or Photography crew consist of ?
Every project is different, so there is no one standard crew package.
At the most basic level, you will have a Videographer and / or Photographer and a camera for a really simple shoot. You can also add backdrops and lighting as needed. If the project is complex, it might be a good idea to get an Assistant and also a add Hair and Make Up person (HMU) to help, and for a multi camera event, lots more besides!
