About Lucio
Hi, I’m Lucio!
Over the years, I have specialized in art documentaries, achieving strong international recognition with works such as Alida — officially selected at Cannes 2020 and produced with Istituto Luce and RAI Cinema — and Titian. The Empire of Colour, the first co-production between SKY and ARTE/ZDF.
My documentaries, including Tintoretto. The Man Who Killed Painting, co-produced with ARTE/ZDF, have been broadcast by RAI 5, ARTE, ORF, SKY Arte, and RSI, consolidating an established presence across European networks.
I also work in fiction, collaborating on several feature and short films such as The Italian Banker by Alessandro Rossetto, premiered at the Bif&st in Bari, and more recently Shaping the Mist, a British production filmed in Italy.
In the commercial field, I produce high-end video content — commercials, corporate films, and brand storytelling for TV and digital — managing the entire process from concept to post-production.
My approach blends cinematic quality with strategic communication, especially in the fashion and food industries, supporting international productions and brands looking to shoot in Italy.
I have an extended network of professionals in my small production company who can fulfil many roles as needed.
